Screen Palette respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Screen Palette handles information when you use the app.
Overview
Screen Palette is a color and layout preview app that lets you create simple palettes and screen mockups using colors, shapes, and text.
Screen Palette does not require an account, does not include advertising, does not use analytics SDKs, and does not track you across apps or websites.
Information We Collect
Screen Palette does not collect personal information from you.
The app does not collect, request, or transmit information such as your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, camera data, advertising identifier, or other personal identifiers.
Information Stored on Your Device
Screen Palette stores app data locally on your device so the app can function properly. This may include:
- Palettes you create
- Background colors
- Shape colors, sizes, positions, and corner radius values
- Text added to palettes
- App settings
This information is stored on your device and is not sent to a server controlled by the developer.
How We Use Information
Locally stored information is used only to provide the app's features, including saving and restoring palettes, preserving editing state, remembering app settings, and displaying colors, shapes, and text inside the app.
Sharing and Export Features
The initial release of Screen Palette does not enable image or JSON export. If export or sharing features are enabled in a future version, any export action will be initiated by you.
When you choose to share or export content in a future version, the exported content may be handled by iOS or by apps and services you select from the system share sheet. Those third-party apps and services are governed by their own privacy policies.
Third-Party Services
Screen Palette does not use third-party advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or tracking SDKs.
The app may open external links, such as the Privacy Policy or Support Contact page, in a browser. Websites you visit outside the app may be subject to their own privacy policies.
Tracking
Screen Palette does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies. Screen Palette does not use the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) and does not display an App Tracking Transparency permission prompt.
Device Permissions
Screen Palette does not request access to sensitive device permissions such as camera, photo library, location, contacts, microphone, or notifications.
If a future version adds features that require device permissions, the app will request permission through the system prompt and this Privacy Policy will be updated as needed.
Data Retention and Deletion
Because Screen Palette stores palette and settings data locally on your device, that data remains on your device until you delete it in the app or delete the app from your device.
Screen Palette does not maintain a developer-controlled server database containing your personal information, so there is no server-side account data for the developer to delete.
Children's Privacy
Screen Palette does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app does not require users to provide personal information.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
If Screen Palette adds features that change how information is handled, this Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect those changes.

共有およびエクスポート機能
Screen Palette の初回リリースでは、画像または JSON のエクスポート機能は有効化されていません。将来のバージョンでエクスポートまたは共有機能が有効化された場合でも、エクスポート操作はユーザー自身の操作によって開始されます。
将来のバージョンでユーザーがコンテンツを共有またはエクスポートする場合、エクスポートされたコンテンツは iOS またはシステム共有シートでユーザーが選択したアプリやサービスによって取り扱われることがあります。これらの第三者アプリやサービスには、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
第三者サービス
Screen Palette は、第三者の広告 SDK、分析 SDK、トラッキング SDK を使用しません。
本アプリは、プライバシーポリシーやサポート連絡先などの外部リンクをブラウザで開くことがあります。アプリ外でアクセスする Web サイトには、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーが適用される場合があります。
トラッキング
Screen Palette は、他社が所有するアプリや Web サイトをまたいでユーザーをトラッキングしません。Screen Palette は広告識別子（IDFA）を使用せず、App Tracking Transparency の許可ダイアログを表示しません。
端末権限
Screen Palette は、カメラ、写真ライブラリ、位置情報、連絡先、マイク、通知などの機密性の高い端末権限へのアクセスを要求しません。

データの保持と削除
